IN2IT Lasting Lipstick Review

IN2IT Lasting Lipstick Review – Rosy Brown & Flesh

For those who love or are obsessed with Korean brands (just like me) must have heard of the brand named ‘IN2IT’. I have already reviewed 2 products from this brand, The first one was the IN2IT Lip Balm and the other one was the IN2IT Eyebrow Kit. Both the products had impressed me and during my last Bangkok shopping trip I picked these lovely IN2IT Lasting Lipsticks. Here is a review and the swatches of 2 beautiful shades from this range – ‘Flesh’ and ‘Rosy Brown’.

Product Claims & Ingredients: True colour with high coverage. Moisturizing beads are released into the lip during the wear. Sweet almond oil, evening primrose oil and Vit E nourish the lips. Waterproof and long wearing. Tested to a sun protection level of SPF 15 against UVB rays and PA++ against UVA rays. No Fragrance.

Price: It was long back but I guess the price was between 150 to 200 Baht which is app. Rs 300 – 380

I got them from Watsons in a ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ offer so that was a real steal deal, unfortunately they had only these 2 shades in stock.

Package Description: The lipstick comes in a cutest and one of the most girly packaging I have seen. The lipstick tube is lovely rose gold in colour and has this cute intricate design along with some rhinestones on the cap. The lipstick does not have a click lock case infact it has a soft-close which slides easily but still stays secure. Being metallic cases, these lipsticks pick up finger prints easily and hence may need some cleaning to shine up. I am really addicted to such cute stuff and even though I wasn’t very impressed with the shades, I knew I had to pick these pretties.

Product Details: IN2It Lasting lipsticks are nicely pigmented and moisturising lipsticks. Though these claim to have a matte finish I find them to have a glossy finish in the beginning which after a few hours settle to semi-matte. These lipsticks glide on really smooth as it has a nice buttery texture but it can settle in fine lines or bleed after a while. I find these lipsticks similar to any other regular moisturising lipsticks but the best part is they come with SPF, UVA and PA++ protection. I really don’t find the need to use a lip balm underneath these lipsticks as I find them to be quite moisturising and with the lip balm they glide super thin and lose it pigmentation. They do transfer a lot too.

The shade ‘Flesh’ is a perfect nude shade but can looked washed out on certain or darker skin tones.

The shade ‘Rosy Brown’ is a lovely peachy nude shade with slight pinkish brown undertones. This shade will suit Indian skin tone better.

Overall Verdict: Lastly, the IN2IT Lasting lipsticks are good moisturising lipsticks with glossy finish that settle to semi-matte later. The quality is similar to any average good lasting lipsticks but what makes them special is their extra cute and girly packing. I really wish I had some more shades to check out from this range so that I try and review those as well. I hope to look for some more products from this lovely affordable brand on my next visit to Thailand.
