BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream Review
Just like my skincare products, hair care products play an important role in my daily/weekly routine. I usually never have issues with my hair but these winters have been really harsh due to my hair highlighting and a bit of medication going on. Recently I came across the BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream and was quite excited to give this a try. Continue reading to find my first product from the BBlunt range has managed to impress me.
Product Claims & Ingredients:
Price: Rs 450 for 150 g
My take on the product: The BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream comes in an opaque black plastic bottle with a pump. The leave in cream is dispensed through a nozzle in the pump. The pump has a lock mechanism in which if you turn the nozzle a bit it will lock the pump action and avoid any unnecessary spillage. I still don’t feel it’s completely travel friendly although in that case while travelling you can pick the smaller version (50g) of this leave in cream. The bottle is quite unique and will stand out among your other hair care products. BBlunt has similar bottle in pink and yellow but the pink one is for Curl definition and the yellow one is a Volumizing spray.
The leave in cream is white in colour and has a lotion type of consistency. The BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream has a very strong perfume kind of fragrance but it fades of in a while. I need about 3-4 pumps for my mid back length hair and then spread it throughout the ends of my towel-dried hair. I am quite used to conditioning my hair after shower and I have and tried this with and without my regular conditioner and obviously I feel the results of this leave in cream are much better as opposed to just using this solely. I feel that this product helps keep my ends looking hydrated and smooth. My hair is more manageable and feels soft too without being weighed down.
Hits – BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream
- Does not weigh down your hair
- Makes hair smooth and manageable
- Controls frizz to a certain extent
- Comes in 2 different sizes
- Can be used on both wet and dry hair
Misses – BBlunt Climate Control Anti-Frizz Leave-In Cream
- Slightly expensive if compared with regular brands
- Effect fades after a day
- May not control extreme frizz
Overall Verdict: This product works really well on my smooth and straight hair but I cannot assure you the same results if you have extremely frizzy and dry hair. Like other BBlunt products, this too claims to protect from heat styling damage. Unfortunately, I do not use any tools on my hair so really can’t comment on that aspect but I am sure that an extra bonus of a leave in cream like this will reduce the amount of hair damage done otherwise.
