Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Lip Balm Review
These are the days of tinted lip balms but when you get to try new products in your monthly subscription boxes, it’s good to come across new brands so that you can try them and then judge them. Today I will be reviewing one such product which I received in my Dec Fab bag, it’s the Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Cooling Explosion Lip Balm. I had never heard about this brand before so I was quite inquisitive to try this one out… but I had to finish off my Chambor velvet lips lip balm and the In2It lip treat and hence the delay in this review. Now let’s move on and find out if this one will be a part of my lip balm collection!
Price: Rs 95 for 10 ml
My take on the Product: I have always loved my retractable lip balm tubes but once a while it’s fun to try out the squeeze tubes. Not to mention both are equally hygienic as compared to the pot containers. Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Lip Balm comes in a simple white squeezable tube with a black screw cap. Unlike the retractable lip balms you don’t get an exact idea of the remaining/entire product but as you squeeze your way up you can just guess about it as the product oozes out. The lip balm looks as if petroleum jelly is packed in a squeeze tube.
Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Lip Balm is colourless so it’s a great option when you want to apply lighter or nude lipstick shades as the tinted ones tend to dilute the actual shade. This lip balm has a prominent peppermint smell which is initially very strong but fades eventually. I hate mint flavours and fragrances but I can just do with this one due to its cooling sensation. The minute you apply this lip balm it immediately cools your lips like applying ice and this effect stays on for a good 15-30 mins after which it dissipates. Considering the moisturising part, it does its job well without leaving a greasy or sticky feeling on the lips. A major plus point of the Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Lip Balm is that it is silicone and paraben free so it’s a bonus for all the sensitive skinned beauties.

Overall Verdict: I love the fact the Kronokare The Frizz Kiss Lip Balm is silicone and paraben free and comes with the goodness of Vitamin E, peppermint, shea butter and sunflower oil but again I would have absolutely loved if it had SPF along. Nevertheless the lip balm is decently priced and minty cooling sensation is quite exiting and unique so you can surely give this one a try.
