Loreal Casting Creme Gloss Praline Brown Review, Before & After Pics

Loreal Casting Creme Gloss Praline Brown Review, Price, Buy Online and Before & After Pictures

Hair colouring has turned into my new obsession. I am recently experimenting with new shades and I realized that brown hair suits me than my original black hair. Though I am trying hair colours I make sure I do not overdo it or colour my hair too frequently.

As you all know after trying the Loreal Casting Creme Gloss, I have never looked back and am trying out most of their shades. I have already reviewed the shades ‘Darkest Brown‘ and ‘523 Sonam’s Dark Chocolate. You can click on the link to check the shades. I have already reviewed the Loreal Casting Creme Gloss in detail here so today I will just express my thoughts on the shade 530 Praline Brown.

Revlon Colorsilk Hair Colour – Medium Brown

My last hair colour was the Revlon Colorsilk Hair Colour in Medium Brown (you can check the review Here) and I wanted a similar shade in the Loreal Casting Creme Gloss hair colour. After a lot of research, I finally settled on the shade ‘330 Praline Brown’

Price: Rs 575

My Take on the Shade: I decided to opt for this shade not only because I am recently loving brown tones but I was planning to get hair highlights done.I was expecting a shade similar to the one shown on the box, mahagony brown with a bit of golden glaze but to my disappointment this shade was darker than what I expected. Infact it changed my medium brown toned hair to deeper brown. Usually the shade card given on the box works for me and gives me more or less a similar result but this time it failed. Personally I feel the shade ‘323 Sonam’s Dark Chocolate’ and Revlon Colorsilk Hair colour in Medium Brown suited me better. Its not a bad shade but prefer the above mentioned colours more. The gray coverage is pretty much average. Next time I will plan to go more light than this shade.

Though I love Loreal Casting Creme Gloss hair, their continuous price hike is a concern. I wish they stick to a reasonable rate. Do let me know if you have used any other hair colour which is not damaging or contains no ammonia!

Finally I have got highlights done and you can follow me on Instagram @allgirlygossip to check more pictures of my new look.

XOXOXO

  • I haven’t tried hair colors on my hair yet. I have been a lover of natural henna, as it conditions and nourishes my hair well.

I’m allergic to chemicals. Will buy this for my mum 😀
    Thanks for the review!!

    • Thanks Ishita… I had tried henna in the past but unfortunately it doesn’t suit my hair… so I had to look for temp hair colours..
