Rimmel London Lasting Finish Nail Polish – 170 Lively Lilac ~ Review, Swatches & NOTD
I am a nail polish addict and cant deny the fact that everytime I step in a beauty market or a mall, I pick up atleast one nail paint each time. Last time during an online sale I picked up this lovely lavender nail colour (will be sharing up the haul pics soon). I always wanted to try out the Rimmel London Lasting finish Nail colour, and the shade 170 Lively Lilac looked really nice for summers and then it got automatically added to my shopping basket. 😛
Product Claims: Rimmel London I Love Lasting Finish Nail Polish, hardwearing, chip resistant, long lasting colours for a great colour finish. Choose Lasting Finish 8ml for the latest, up to the minute shades. Great funky pack. Super Value. Great impact.
Price: Rs 145 for 8ml
My Take on the Product: The packaging is simple and cute. The print on the bottle looks really nice especially the ‘I love’ symbol. The shade is numbered as well as named which too is printed on the bottle. The nail polish has a nice gel like finish. As the shade is a light lilac shade, I thought like most other light pastel shades, this will have an uneven finish but I was proved wrong. The nail enamel gets applied smoothly and evenly and dries really fast too. The finish is shiny and lasts really long with minimal fading near the tips after 4 to 5 days. As claimed the Rimmel London Lasting finish nail polish does not chip and I feel priced at Rs. 145 these nail paints are completely worth the price.
The shade 170 Lively Lilac is a lovely (light purple) lavender shade which I think will really good these summers. Here are the swatches and the NOTD.
Overall Verdict: I really like the Rimmel London Lasting finish nail polish and I am really happy with the quality of the nail polish. They have some really nice pastel as well as bright shades and I will definitely pick up a few more shades from this range.
