Wet n Wild WildShine Nail Color Review, Swatches & NOTD
If you girls have checked my Dubai Haul, you would know that I was super excited to see the brand ‘Wet n Wild’ and to pick up 2 nail polishes from their newly launched collection. It’s the Wet n Wild WildShine Nail Color. I have already loved the Wet n Wild megalast lip color (reviewed here) but never tried nail polishes from this brand, so it was time for me to pick these cute looking bottles. As far as I know, they had a similar collection which they have reinvented with improved formula and packaging that’s free of formaldehyde, toluene and phthalates, but still glides on effortlessly and provides true opaque colour in a few easy swipes/ coats.
Price: It comes in 27 different shades and retails for $1.99. I picked it up for 10 Dirhams which is app Rs 180.
My Take on the Product: I really love the fact that these come in lovely 27 vibrant shades including a few sparkly and glittery ones. The bottle though looks modern and nice isn’t very user friendly as the awkward design of the cap makes it a bit difficult to hold and turn the brush while applying the polish. The brush on the other hand is like the other regular polishes and applies the polish evenly. The formula is thick but not gooey so a single coat for darker colours can do but I still prefer double coats for even application. The formula glides on smoothly and delivers intense shine which can do very well even without a top coat. I am pretty happy that these dry off really quickly. The staying power is also pretty descent and last for 4-5 days atleast till you notice any chipping.
A lovely peachy nude shade. For me it’s more like a classic neutral shade with a bit of twist which will go very well with all skin tones.
Grasping at Strawberries
A vibrant coral shade with red undertones almost like cherry red. This shade is really versatile as it changes in different lighting conditions. I really love this one.

Overall Verdict: I really like these and the only one thing I would have changed the new packaging with a better cap or a regular round cap applicator beneath the fancy plastic black shape. The quantity and quality are really good when compared with the price point so I really think you can pick up a few shades that you really like from this collection.
